Who we are

What we collect, and why
When you contact us. The contact form asks for your name, job title, company, work email, the service you are interested in, and your message. We use it to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation. When you subscribe. The newsletter form asks for your email only. We use it to send new articles. Every email carries an unsubscribe link. When you visit. With your permission, a cookie from HubSpot records which pages you read and when you come back, so we can see which topics matter to visitors. No name is attached to that record unless you later contact us or subscribe.Who processes it
HubSpot (our customer database and email tool) stores contact details, form submissions, and page-visit records on our behalf. Calendly handles meeting bookings you choose to make. GoDaddy hosts this site and keeps standard server logs (your IP address, the page requested, the time). We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with anyone else.
Cookies
This site sets cookies only for HubSpot's visit tracking, and the rule depends on where you are. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, nothing is set until you choose Yes, that's fine. Everywhere else, the notice tells you the cookies are on and you can decline them; choosing No thanks tells HubSpot not to track your browser and removes its cookies. Manage choices lets you allow analytics, advertising, or functionality cookies separately. Your choice is remembered in a cookie of its own for one year, and the Cookie settings link in the footer brings the notice back at any time.
We respect the Global Privacy Control signal: if your browser sends it, we treat it as a decline.
To tell which rule applies, the site checks your IP address against a list of opt-in countries on our own server and keeps nothing. That list is IP to Country Lite by DB-IP, used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence.
How long we keep it
Contact and subscription records stay in HubSpot while the conversation or subscription is active and for up to three years after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Server logs are kept for the hosting provider's standard period.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop sending you email. Write to brian@mediagenco.com and we will answer within 30 days. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), Canada (PIPEDA), and the European Economic Area (GDPR) have these rights in law; we extend them to everyone.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
